I haven't updated about how momma is feeling. So here is the low down. I have gained almost 3" around my stomach and it sometimes makes me sad. I had worked so hard to be under 30" and well that is gone now.
I am no longer have nausea just have heartburn daily; normally around 4:30p.m. I am still tired. Nothing like the first few weeks, but staying up past 9 is killing me.
My energy is slowly returning and I am trying to get back into the walking. Problem is I seem to get super dizzy after about 15 minutes. I pray that goes away soon.
My cravings aren't too bad. I guess the biggest thing is what I will not eat. Veggies. My child apparently is not like he/her momma. When I get a green bean, lettuce, or any veggie to my mouth it makes me gag. I can eat fruits, I can't eat chicken... I had a bad experience at Braum's with a slightly pink chicken strip and I find it hard to eat it now.
I adore sweets. Anything sour, fruity, or with a hint of chocolate is immediately devoured. Also, it seems milk is my new go to drink. If you know me that is not something normally drank, let alone not as chocolate milk. There have been a few occasions where it is drank plain. OMG!
As for work and family. Things are well. It seems I do have a great support system that understands me. I can't wait to bring this bundle of joy into our home and lives. I may complain about being pregnant but in all honesty it is the greatest thing to happen to me and Tim.
