3rd Trimester

Somehow the connection between being 7 months pregnant and entering the 3rd trimester eluded me.

So, welcome to the 3rd trimester. Where heartburn attacks you at all hours, your face has dark spots, your lady stuff feels like it may fall out, and you can't sleep no matter what you try.

I am so excited to be here. We have 79 days left until our expected delivery date. WOW! I can remember telling Tim we were going to have a baby... it seems like yesterday. The weather was cold, holidays were around every corner, and then hello 90+ weather.

This Saturday is the baby shower. There have already been gifts sent to us, and I am beyond thankful for them. You will be surrounded by so many amazing people once you arrive. Everyone is beyond excited to meet you. (But stay in another 12 weeks please?)

Jeff & Susan Katzer got this for you. The blanket is hand made and the movie is one we will watch together!

Your Aunt Jo got all this for you. She is pretty awesome!

Anywho, there is still a lot to finish in your room and for momma and daddy to prepare. It is all coming so quickly.

Tomorrow morning we will see your face in 3D! It is probably one of the more exciting visits ever, but also one I am nervous about. I really want to have a surprise in this pregnancy, and I keep failing in the patience area.

So - maybe if you just surprise us with something once you arrive. No matter what I am blessed to be your momma.
